Essential Functions, Duties, & Responsibilities:

Dispensary Agents often serve as the face of the company – making an important first impression on patients, caregivers, & regulatory officials.

Under the direction of a Manager, Dispensary Agents assist patients & caregivers, & are responsible for providing various support services that are essential in day-to-day dispensary operations.

The Dispensary Agent is responsible for interacting with, dispensing to, consulting, educating, & advising patients face-to-face & by phone, record-keeping, & assisting with inventory control.

The Dispensary Agent will be cross trained in all other departments including patient intake, consultations, order fulfillment, & other basic tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Serve as a core member of the sales team

* Greets patients in person or on the phone

* Perform consultations

* Dispenses to patients in compliance with state & company regulations

* Assists fulfilment, inventory, and patient intake on assigned days

* Provide patients & caregivers with information on types, methods & efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice)

* Staying up to date on current inventory and the medical uses of said inventory

* Maintain licensure through the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy

* Stock Accessory Shelves

* Possess a positive attitude while greeting patients, caregivers, and vendors

* Cross checking information between the state database & patient records to ensure validity/accuracy, and updating records when the need arises before dispensing

* Maintains patient records in compliance with State law & Company policy

* Answers questions about the law & the Company from patients & others

* Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

* Assists patients in selecting medical marijuana products; advises & educates them about safe dosage & other aspects of this medical marijuana produc

Other duties may be assigned by management according to Company needs.

* Complete ongoing Cannabis education & training

* Conduct Front of House & Back of House Cleaning

* Knowledge of Ohio’s cannabis regulations

* Barcode new products

* Assist other departments as needed thoughout the day

* Ensure AV equipment displays proper content

Qualifications:

* Required to undergo a criminal background check & appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)   — Class 1 misdemeanors & all felonies are disqualifying for the position. 

* United States Citizen, or authorized to work in the United States

* Live within 30 minutes of the Dispensary preferred

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry preferred, 1 year required.  (Hospitality & retail sales backgrounds preferred).

* Computer & equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)

* Familiarity with history & varieties of medical marijuana preferred

* Outstanding phone & in-person customer service skills

* Thriving to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay even keeled in periods of stress

* Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, & multi-tasking

Essential Functions, Duties, & Responsibilities:

Dispensary Inventory Agents are part of the Inventory Team and also support the Fulfillment Team when possible.

Under the direction of a Lead & Manager, Dispensary Inventory Agents assist in the receiving/entering of orders, ensuring inventory is accounted for at all times, keeping inventory stocked, organizing the vault, barcoding new product, and moving backstock as needed. They also serve as support to the Fulfillment Team when possible, & are responsible for providing various other support services that are essential in day-to-day dispensary operations.

The Dispensary Inventory Agent will be cross trained in all other departments including patient intake, consultations, order fulfillment, & other basic tasks.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a core member of the inventory team
  • Receives product deliveries
  • Organizes the vault
  • Keeps track of backstock that needs to be moved to the sales floor
  • Keeps track of items that are out of stock
  • Daily Inventory counts & reporting any missing inventory
  • Supports other tasks the Purchasing Manager or other management staff need
  • Assists fulfilment when inventory is caught up as well as sales and patient intake as needed
  • Staying up to date on current inventory and the medical uses of said inventory
  • Maintain licensure through the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy

The Dispensary Intake Agent is primarily responsible for checking in, interacting with, educating, & advising patients face-to-face & by phone, record-keeping, & providing a pleasant check-in/waiting experience while assuring compliance with state regulations.

The Dispensary Intake Agent will be cross trained in all other departments including dispensation, consultations, order fulfillment, & other basic tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients in person or on the phone; schedules consultations; oversees patient intake & renewal procedures
  • Check-In Patients & Verify Registration Status
  • Possess a positive attitude while greeting patients, caregivers, and vendors

Essential Functions, Duties, & Responsibilities:

Dispensary Fulfillment Agents are part of the Fulfillment Team and also support the Inventory Team when possible.

Under the direction of a Lead & Manager, Dispensary Fulfillment Agents assist in processing patient orders, filling online orders, communicating with patients on the phone & in person when items are out of stock/issues with patient profiles occur, making sure the right patients are receiving the right items, ensuring inventory is accounted for at all times, keeping inventory stocked, & barcoding new product. They also serve as support to the Inventory Team when possible, & are responsible for providing various other support services that are essential in day-to-day dispensary operations.

The Dispensary Fulfillment Agent will be cross trained in all other departments including patient intake, consultations, inventory, & other basic tasks.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:
